Each year, the Wyoming Hospitality and Travel Coalition is proud to present the BIG WYO Award to an individual who has done an outstanding job promoting hospitality and tourism for the State of Wyoming.
We are thrilled to recognize Jim Waldrop as the 2024 BIG WYO Award winner this year!
Jim Waldrop, President and General Manager of Silver Dollar, Inc., leads the historic Wort Hotel and The Million Dollar Cowboy Bar located in downtown Jackson Hole.
Waldrop is known throughout Teton County and Wyoming for his natural western hospitality, passion for Wyoming and its National Parks, support for educational opportunities for students, service through many boards and commissions, and deep love for friends, family and all who travel to our great state.
Jim clearly defines what makes our Wyoming tourism industry thrive – a commitment to one's community, state, people and visitors.
